Hypnobirthing Workshops and Courses
Hypnobirthing Courses are suitable from around 30wks of pregnancy and are ideal for first-time parents or those who have not experienced a vaginal birth.
Hypnobirthing Workshops are suitable for those who are later in their first pregnancy, around 36wks onwards, or who have already experienced birth.
Positive Caesarean Workshops can be delivered from about 30wks of pregnancy onwards, and are suitable for those who will have a planned caesarean birth.
Private Hypnobirthing Sessions

(3 x 3hr session)
£350 per couple
Private Hypnobirthing Workshop
(1 x 4hr or 2x2hr sessions)
£150 per couple
Private Positive Caesarean Workshop
(1 x 3hr session)
£125 per couple

There may be up to three couples at a group course or workshop. To discuss joining a group course or workshop please contact me.
